Boards are generally worn, with some scuffing and staining. Bindings remain secure. Printed pages and illustrations remain clear and little marked for age. Fold out illustration intact. Previous owners name plate pasted inside each front cover.

DESCRIPTION
Three volumes of the complete four volume work, we unfortunately don't have volume IV. Vol. I Is illustrated with 23 plates grouped together, two of which are coloured and one folds out. Vol. III has two plates, one of which is the coloured frontispiece. 348, 329 and 384 pp. Small volumes approx. 11 x 18cm.
