BOOK CONDITION
Boards are generally worn with scuffing around edges, corners and ends of spine are bumped. Spine discoloured. Block edges and outer leaves are badly foxed, and most of the printed pages are also affected, although mostly on margins. The plates do remain largely clear. Fold out facsimile of a letter is quite well preserved and little marked, with one 5 cm tear. Tissue guard to frontispiece is intact and mostly clear, small tear on top corner. Faint original owner's name on title page. Two black and white pictures of coastal scenes have been pasted inside the front cover.
