BOOK CONDITION
Boards are generally worn and faded, although gilt remains bright. Front hinge partially split but binding feels secure otherwise. Some foxing and browning to outer leaves, but text is clear and little marked. Frontispiece engraving protected with a tissue guard. Two bookplates and a small newspaper clipping pasted on endpapers. A few pencilled notes.
