Black cloth boards with gilt lettering.
BOOK CONDITION
Boards are generally worn and faded. Hinges a little weak and split at front, but binding feels secure. Browning and foxing mainly confined to outer leaves, Printed pages and images remain mostly clear and little marked. Tissue guard to frontispiece is intact but creased and browned. Large fold out family tree at the end of the volume survives in good condition.
