Volume I is a 1963 reprint of the 1961 first edition, with addenda. Vol II 1966 reprint with corrections of 1965. Vol. III 1966. Vol. IV 1969. Vol. V 1970.
DESCRIPTION
Each volume includes some black and white photographs, charts and tables detailing ships etc. Vol. III has a pocket at the back with 16 folded charts. Each vol approx. 16 x 22cm.
SYNOPSIS
A most thorough and detailed history of the Royal Navy, written with the full co-operation of the Admiralty and use of its archives
