Half bound with leather spine and corners and marbled boards. gilt lettering and decoration to banded spine. Marbled block edges and endpapers.

BOOK CONDITION
Remains in good condition for age, Boards have some scuffing and general wear. Binding is tight apart from partial split to top of flyleaf and frontispiece, which are browned. Further discolouration to title page, but otherwise printed pages remain clear and little marked. Small initialled sticker inside front cover and previous owner's name dated 1857 on recto of flyleaf.
