The Goose has been on St Helens green selling books to locals and holiday-makers alike, for over 40 years.
Our stock includes both the rare, the treasured classic and the interesting and readable for both adults and children.
Named after the gaggle of geese that once guarded the village green from excise men and interlopers, we are now a lot more welcoming. We are here for the love of reading, and very much look forward to meeting you in our newly refitted shop.
