Good, with some shelf wear to boards. Front hinge partially split but binding secure. Printed pages have some foxing but mainly clear. Images clean and bright.
Not dated but believed C. 1870 - 1880.
Illustrated by 40 lithographic plates with thin paper guards. Each accompanied by a two page description of the "County Seat" depicted. Additional decorative title page with coloured letterpress and print. Gilt blocking to all three page edges. 88 pp. Approx. 23 x 27.5 cm.
This volume includes Wycombe Abbey, Cliveden, Howick Hall and Powis Castle.
